Where are you located?
Our address is 4630 E. Grant Road Tucson Arizona 85712. We are near the South-West corner of Grant & Swan. That’s the corner with the Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins. We’re in a building with a blue awning.
Did you guys used to have a place up in Oro Valley?
Yes, we did, but that location closed June 24, 2010. Currently our only location is on Grant Road.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card & American Express. Sorry, we don’t take checks.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with all of your purchases. You may exchange (or return for store credit) unopened/unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please save your receipt.
All sales are final on trunk show merchandise and clearance items.
How do I register for a class?
You can register in person or over the phone (520-209-1900). Class fee is payable at time of registration. We encourage you to register as early as possible because popular classes sell out quickly.
What do I do if I can make it to a class I’m registered for?
Call us (520-209-1900). With advance notice of at least two business days (please note that we are closed Sunday & Monday), your class fee may be applied to a future class. No Calls / No Shows forfeit the class fee.
What happens if I’m running late for class?
Classes start promptly and will start without you. In fairness to your fellow students and teachers, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be admitted to class and will forfeit your deposit.
Can I bring my child, grandchildren, or guests with me to class?
Classes are designed for beginning and advanced bead lovers, ages 14 and up. Please do not bring guests or children to class unless you have made a pre-registration for them, they are the correct age and you have paid in full. We do not allow audits.
Can my child take a beading class?
Your teenage children 14 and older are welcome to attend any of our classes (please see the Class Descriptions page for the prerequisites of each class).
The class I want is full/not at a good time for me/not on the schedule… What should I do?
We can schedule a class just for you and your friends. There is a 4 person minimum if the class will be held during regular business hours. Please call us (520-209-1900) to set up an appointment for your group.

I have a resale license – can I get a discount?
If you sell your jewelry and have a valid resale license we can set you up as a tax exempt account. Bring us a copy of your resale license and fill out an A5000 form. This just takes a few minutes.
Our prices are very competitive and frequently the best in town. I invite you to compare us to other Tucson bead shops offering “wholesale” discounts. When you compare apples to apples (or beads to beads as the case may be), you’ll find that we have great everyday prices. Out of fairness to our loyal retail customers, we do not offer any special discounts for holders of resale licenses. We do offer a loyalty rewards program for frequent buyers and special email coupons for those who subscribe to our newsletter. We also offer bulk discounts on several categories of products.
How does the Loyalty Rewards Program work?
It’s very simple. We create an account for you in our computer and every time you shop with us the computer tracks how much you spend (that’s why we ask for your name). When you reach a reward level the computer automatically generates a reward certificate for you. You can use this reward certificate on your next purchase. After reaching one reward level, you start working towards the next. Once you reach gold level, you’ll keep repeating it until you reach diamond level by spending $1200 or more per year. Once you reach diamond level, you keep repeating it so long as you maintain it by spending at least $1200 year.
|Amount Spent||Reward Name||Reward Amount|
Here’s the fine print for those who are interested in such things: The Loyalty Rewards Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Reward Certificates are a type of coupon and have no cash value and may not be used to purchase gift certificates. Reward certificates expire 2 years from date of issue. Some trunk shows may be excluded from participation in the rewards program. Diamond level is reached and maintained by spending $1200 or more per year (calculated on a rolling 12 months basis).
