The Whirlwind features a gorgeous textural spiral of fire polished and seed beads. This is a great introduction to counted patterns. Whirlwind is a kumihimo kit for all levels. Previous experience with the basic round braid (kongoh gumi) on the foam disk is helpful, but not required. If this is your very first beaded kumihimo project, please review our Beaded Kumihimo Starter Guide and Understanding the Braid Structure and Reading a Counted Pattern before beginning your necklace.
